Damages
If the merchandise arrives damaged:
Save all packing materials and call or email us immediately for return instructions and shipping address.

All damage claims must be made with 7 business days of the shipping date from Kimmswick Korner. No claims will be accepted after that time. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred with the return.
Exchanges
If the product does not meet with your expectation, or you would like to exchange the merchandise, please contact us for a return authorization number and return instructions. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred with the exchange.
We will accept unused/unopened merchandise for exchange, store credit, or credit card refund.
